Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. It applies to our websites under ailaunchpad.io and the software tools we operate on its subdomains. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

Who we are

What we collect and why

• Purchase information (name, email address, product purchased, transaction ID) — sent to us by our payment retailer JVZoo when you buy, so we can create your account, deliver your product, and handle refunds. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• Account information (email address, encrypted password, which products and tiers you own, and usage needed to enforce licence limits) — stored in our access-control database so you can sign in and use what you bought. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• Support correspondence — emails you send us, so we can help you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails — if you purchase or opt in, we may send product updates and offers via our email platform. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Lawful basis: legitimate interests / consent, as applicable.
• Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels — our sales pages may use analytics tools and advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) to measure traffic and advertising performance. Where required, we will request consent via a cookie notice.

Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf: JVZoo (BBC Systems Inc.) — payment processing and receipts; Supabase — our account database, hosted in the EU (London/West Europe region); Vercel and Cloudflare — website hosting, security and email routing; Google (Gmail) — support email; GetResponse — email marketing; and Stripe, where card payments are made directly on our sites. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations (typically 6 years in the UK). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email support@ailaunchpad.io — we respond within one month. Deleting your account data will end your access to purchased products. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve; the "last updated" date above will change and material updates will be communicated where appropriate.
