Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and AA Digital Productions Ltd ("we", "us") covering purchases and use of software products sold on this site and operated under ailaunchpad.io. By purchasing or using our products you agree to them.

What you're buying

Our products are hosted software tools: you receive an account that accesses the tool at its web address. Some products include downloadable assets (for example templates or bonus documents). Access is granted per the licence tier you purchase, activated with your purchase email at activate.ailaunchpad.io.

Licence tiers

• Personal / Basic licence: one person may use the tool to create unlimited works for their own use. Works you export are yours to keep and host anywhere, forever.
• Pro licence: as Personal, plus the premium features described on the offer page (including white-label export of your works).
• Agency / Commercial licence: as Pro, plus the right to create and deliver finished exported works to paying clients, at any price, keeping 100% of your fees. The licence covers delivering finished works — not the tool itself.
• Template packs and bonus assets: licensed for your own projects (and client projects where you also hold an Agency licence). Template and asset files themselves may not be resold, redistributed or shared.

What you may not do

• Share, sell or transfer your login or account access
• Resell, sublicense, rebrand or redistribute the software or asset files themselves
• Attempt to bypass access controls, licence checks or usage limits
• Use the products for unlawful content or purposes

We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms; where a breach is fixable we will normally contact you first.

Lifetime access

"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product. The average supported lifetime of a product of this nature and price point is approximately 5 years. We may update, improve or, after that period, retire a product; where a hosted product is retired we will give reasonable notice.

Refunds and chargebacks

Purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the associated access ends automatically.

Disclaimers and liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud). Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Our products are business tools; results depend on your use of them — see the Earnings Disclaimer.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: support@ailaunchpad.io.
