The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every product sold on this site carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, unless the offer page explicitly states otherwise. It covers front-end products and upgrades alike.

How to request a refund

• Email support@ailaunchpad.io within 30 days of purchase
• Include the email address you used at checkout and your receipt number (from your JVZoo confirmation email)
• That's it — no forms, no explanations required (though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve)

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through the payment retailer (JVZoo, or Stripe for purchases made directly on our site). Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the associated account access and licence end automatically. Works you exported before the refund remain yours.

A note on chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a bank dispute — we honour our guarantee quickly, and a support email is always faster than a chargeback. Accounts associated with chargebacks are suspended automatically by our systems.
