How do I activate my account?
Go to activate.ailaunchpad.io, enter your purchase email and the receipt number from your JVZoo confirmation email, choose a password, and you're in. Then sign in anytime at your tool's address (e.g. biostack.ailaunchpad.io).
I forgot my password.
Use the same activation page — re-activating with your purchase email and receipt number simply sets a new password.
I can't find my receipt email.
Search your inbox (and spam folder) for "JVZoo" — the receipt number is in the purchase confirmation. Still stuck? Email us with the PayPal or card transaction details and we'll locate your order.
I bought an upgrade but don't see the features.
Sign out and sign back in — access refreshes on login. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, email us with your receipt number.
How do I request a refund?
Email us within 30 days of purchase with your receipt number — see our Refund Policy. No questions asked.
